And who are they and their tenure? Who chairs it? and how is that determined? How often does it meet? Why does it seem that appointments to critical boards such as ZBA languish interminably when there is allegedly a pool of eager applicants, as well as, from all I have ever seen, eminently competent sitting members who seem to have been left time and again dangling in the wind.
