welcome to my blog
Seven Villages blog is a blog about the Town of Barnstable.
The views and opinions reflected in articles and posts on this site do not represent the entire town council, but simply personal perspectives.

Janet, I can’t believe that the haters are resorting to name calling. …….
This stuff is a shame and it’s not even funny.

Leave Janet Alone!!!!! I heard Janet Joakim just stole a school bus, Loaded it up with the town’s homeless, violently disabled, and severely mentally handicapped, was nice enough to teach them how to color in the oval next to HILLARY CLINTON, actually took them by the hand and walked them to the booths with their democratic ballots. What a nice lady! how dare anyone make fun of the most powerful woman on cape cod.

My grandmother was born in 1919 when women weren’t allowed to vote. When she was a kid in the south, black people had separate bathrooms and water fountains. It took the hell of 8 years with George Bush for people to head in the opposite direction.
Whoever wins between these two, we all win just because both were on the ballot.

I cannot believe the disgusting language that Taryn Thoman, Marston Mills (afraid to list her tel. #) uses re: you & the her neighbors. Her husband .. (deleted) . Maybe we should start posting all the skeletons in her closet and DOES she have them. Please do not delete this, you are being too nice to her when you delete parts of the messages about her. I pray that she gets help. She is a sick cookie.

Sixty minutes interviewed Clinton and Obama - asked Obamam about policies. Asked Clinton about Obama, her husband and how she gets through each day, does she drink a lot of coffee … ‘come on!
Nothing about policies.
Perhaps this country isn’t ready to judge a women by her own merits yet.
The overall confidence in women just isn’t there.
A man wear s a suit and tie we speak little about colors and styles - a woman has to be judged on colors and styles and voice and walk and all the things we don’t judge men on…….
Equal rights, Equal Pay — nope, not just yet.
