barnstable charter commission public hearing - monday, december 17

December 16, 2007 at 6:17 pm | In barnstable, barnstable charter commission, barnstable municipal airport, barnstable town council, charter, charter ballot, charter comission |

Do you care?

You know that the “coggers” will be there in full dress uniform to tout their insistence that this town needs a mayor because of their constant “discoveries” of corruption in town hall.

But, do you want your town government’s structure to change?

Yes?   No?    How?

Tomorrow evening will be your first opportunity to give input……. get over to town hall and speak up!

The BarnstableBeat blog has a good post about this opportunity here.

  1. According to the Cape Cod Times - the only people who showed up were mostly the people who lost the bid for seats and who post on the COG blog slamming us all for conspiracies and who want a mayor ….. hmmmm

  2. Janet, would you expect anything less? It must have been fun watching them, knowing all a long that they wish they could participate rather than be on the otherside of the ropes watching. Can I get 4 guesses as to who was there? Did one of them have a guitar practicing their swan song? (lol) Have a Merry Christmas.
